Da Solo a Piedi is operated by Stephen Andrew Weller (hereafter "Da Solo a Piedi") and hosted on the Substack platform (the "technology provider" or "Substack"). By using this website, reading its blog, accessing the newsletter you subscribed to, or engaging with any associated services from Da Solo a Piedi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of Da Solo a Piedi immediately.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Freiburg, Germany. However, where applicable, U.S. law may also apply to certain matters concerning Stephen Andrew Weller’s status as a U.S. citizen.

10. Modification of Terms

Da Solo a Piedi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
